 Acceptance- How it helps and what it can actually do in Long Run


    Back to the one more New blog. Many a times these types of things happens in our life that we feel why certain people are behaving with me in a Rude/ unethical way. Why is it like that I'm only the one who cares. I'm sure everyone atleast once in a lifetime have gone through this. And these things not only disturbs us mentally but it also physically drains our energy. We feel like doing nothing. Numbness takes all over. 

     So, what's the solution to this?? Well it's Acceptance. Now what do I mean by this exact word. Acceptance in simple terms means I know people are behaving with me in a certain way that I don't like. But....I'm OKAY with it. Now some people will say how can you say like I'm okay. When it's hurting you. This is absolutely correct. Think of it in this way. This so and so thing is hurting me. Ask yourself Can I do something about it. If I spoke will they understand. If the answer is Yes Go Ahead. Communicate. Make things work out. But if the answer is NO, then practice Acceptance. Now Acceptance takes time. It literally took me 2 days to accept 1 particular situation and in another case it took me 2-3 months. But after that I was at peace with myself. Everything started falling in place. 

   Now, the problem with Overly Emotional and Sensitive well beings like me is that we think everyone should empathy and compassion towards each other. But dear this world is not like that. Not everyone you'll meet will have empathy towards you understand this. 🙂 and that's not even their fault. We all have grown up into different environments, upbringings are different. So, we can't expect everyone tk be just like us. 


Conclusion- Accept the Facts and Move On.
